Fender ’64 Custom Princeton Reverb Hand-Wired Tube Guitar Combo Amplifier 120V
The Fender Princeton Reverb is perhaps one of the most versatile combo guitar amplifiers on the market since its inception. Behold the ’64 Custom Princeton Reverb from Fender which boasts handwired circuitry, a 10″ Jensen alnico speaker, and a hand built, solid pine cabinet. Dressed in a durable textured vinyl wrap and a silver grille cloth with just the right amount of age, the ’64 Custom Princeton Reverb looks and sounds the part. The classic circuit AA764 is all hand-wired with Fender Vintage Blue caps. The lush, built in reverb and tremolo are footswitch controllable (included) . Power tubes are 6V6, the preamp section is 3 x 12AX7’s and 1 12AT7, and the rectifier is a 5Ar4/GZ34. Â
At 12 watts, you can keep the volume low for that crystal clear bell-like bedroom amp sound. Crank it up for extremely usable break-up and fast, articulate response. For live purposes, the Princeton can keep up with a small band but throw a mic on the 10″ Jensen and enjoy that dynamic response on stage.
