Taylor Guitars’ Grand Theater body shape has joined the distinguished 800 series with the 811e. The new body size and neck proportions make for a guitar that is comfortable in hand and effortless to play. Resembling a scaled-down Taylor Grand Orchestra frame, the Grand Theater is slightly shorter and shallower than a Grand Concert to create a new Taylor playing experience. A Sitka spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides combine to make a classic resonant Taylor tone. Taylor’s C-Class bracing pattern enhances the projection and sustain of the 811e while Taylor’s Expression System 2 electronics system easily translates classic acoustic tones to the stage when plugged in.
