Joining the Studio Series cabinet range is the Marshall Studio Series JTMÂ ST212 Vertical Cabinet. This cab is a perfect visual match for the ST20H JTM Studio head, dressed in dashing black tolex and fawn grill covering.
The ST212 is the first of the Studio Series 2×12 cabinets to feature Celestion G12M-65 Creamback Speakers. Creambacks are noted for bearing a sonic resemblance to Celestion’s iconic Greenback speaker, but with a higher 65w power handling. The ST212 sports two of these popular 8Ohm drivers, allowing for a total power handling of 130 watts.
The ST212 delivers a pleasing low-end punch, with a vintage-inspired midrange curve. The warm voice of this cabinet makes it an easy choice if you’re a player after the tones of 60s-style British Blues and raw, old school rock and roll.
