2017 Fender Custom Shop 60’s HS Telecaster Super Faded Aged Shell Pink Heavy Relic W/ OHSC
This Fender Custom Shop 60s SFA Shell Pink Heavy Relic Telecaster was crafted in 2017 as a Limited Edition during a Summer Event Celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the Fender Custom Shop. The Telecaster is constructed of a double bound Adler body, AA Flame Maple Quartersawn Maple, and Rosewood fingerboard. Electronics are loaded with a Seymour Duncan Antiquity Humbucker in the neck position and a hand wound Texas Special (reverse angle) in the bridge position. Controls feature a reverse control plate, 1 volume, 1 tone, and 3-way switch.
This Fender Custom Shop 60s SFA Heavy Relic is in excellent condition and comes to us from the original owner. The body showcases a beautifully aged super faded shell pink and double bound parchment binding. The flamed maple neck is sanded down to a smooth finish on the back that feels great to play. The Heavy Relic on this particular example is very impressive from the nicks/dings to aged hardware. Original Fender Custom Shop hard-shell case is included.
