Fender 1982 ’52 Telecaster Reissue – Used
This Fender 1982 ’52 Telecaster Reissue is in good condition with some abrasions on the body and mild fingerboard wear at the highest frets.
This is one of the first 1952 Telecaster reissue guitars from Fender. Over the years, the ’52 Telecaster reissue has undergone changes to match and raise the degree of how period correct the guitar can be, while sustaining key features of an Alder body and Maple neck and fingerboard with a 7.25″ radius. This ’82 reissue features a six-saddle bridge, V-neck profile, and still contains its original Fender pickups – interestingly with a gray bobbin bridge single coil. Yes, Tele Twang was happening in the 80s, and this 52 RI delivers the goods. Both pickups are original. The bridge pickup is bright and crisp, and the neck pickup is slightly mellower. The pickguard is replaced, but is period correct to the decade. Get your hands on one of the first Fender 1952 Reissue Telecasters.
