Reverend Airwave 12-string Electric Guitar, Rosewood Fingerboard, Citradelic Sunset
The Reverend Airwave 12-String electric guitar is a high-quality instrument with big, bold style and tons of tone shaping options on tap. Pair that with some tweaks to reduce issues with intonation and playability associated with a lot of 12-strings and you’ve got a guitar that is ready to bring the shimmer.
The Airwave 12-String features solid spruce top and the back and sides are korina making the guitar lightweight and resonant offering excellent sustain and clarity. The body is loaded with 9A5 pickups with the bridge wound a touch hotter and the neck a bit cleaner than your traditional P90s. The independent intonation bridge means that you can intonate each string individually to keep everything in tune.
The guitar also features Reverend’s unique bass contour control, which allows players to adjust the amount of low-end response to suit their playing style and musical preferences. There is also a treble bleed circuit wired in to keep your highs pristine when you dial back the volume.
The neck is korina and walnut with a rosewood fretboard decked out with 22 frets. The wide boneite nut (1.75″) and shorter 24 3/4″ scale length increase tuning stability and provide lower string tension for better playability.
