Taylor Limited 858e Grand Orchestra 12-String, Spruce and Indian Rosewood Acoustic Guitar
Every time Taylor releases a limited edition guitar, they set the bar higher and higher. They have gone and done it again with this Limited Edition 858e Grand Orchestra 12-string.Â
It’s a well known fact that Taylor produces some of the most playable 12-string acoustic guitars, and this 858e has joined the pack. While its Grand Orchestra body is larger in size, make no mistake – it can be strummed, plucked, or picked with ease by players of all sizes and skill levels. This is largely thanks to one of its outstanding appointments, the radius-style armrest. This ergonomic-focused-feature makes for enhanced comfort for your strumming hand, while your arm sits gently over the contoured edge between the guitars Sitka Spruce top and Indian Rosewood back and sides. Pairing that with a smooth and slender Neo-Tropical Mahogany neck makes trips up and down the Ebony fretboard even more enjoyable. V-Class bracing provides warm boastful lows, focused highs, a slightly scooped midrange, and enhanced sustain. A gorgeous natural finish keeps aesthetics simply elegant, highlighted by Element inlays and an abalone rosette. Equipped with Taylor’s ES-2 electronics, it is stage and studio ready, but feel free to keep all the sonic goodness to yourself if you’re so inclined.
